Shipping:
All in stock products will be shipped within 2 business days. We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or Holidays
Ground domestic shipping is a flat fee and is pretty cheap at $5.00
Returns/Exchanges:
We will gladly accept returns for any unused product within 30 days.
Stoke Signal will provide a pre-paid return shipping label for returns, but the cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. If the prepaid label is used for return shipping, the cost will be deducted from the refund amount once the return has been processed.
Clearance items are final sale and may be exchanged for another item or for store credit.
Second Quality items are final sale and are not eligible for returns or exchanges of any kind.
Where are your socks made?
Our home base is Knoxville, TN, but our socks are manufactured just down the road in North Carolina. We also source nearly all of our raw materials from North Carolina.
Sizing:
Our socks run on the small side, so if you are in between sizes, we suggest sizing up. Our sizing chart can be found on every sock product page.
Custom Socks:
We are not a custom house, but we have made custom socks for some very special events and organizations. If you think you've got something that we'd be interested in, drop us a line.
